Exchanges
EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE DONE IF YOU WANT A DIFFERENT CANVAS SIZE, NOT A DIFFERENT CANVAS DESIGN.
In order to exchange your canvas for a different size you must email us at support@legendarywallart.net within 7 days of receiving your purchase to initiate the exchange.
Then you must return the unwanted canvas to us.
*NOTE: we do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back the unwanted product at your own expense.
Please ship your canvas in its original packaging to ensure that it is safe. We will not refund or exchange your canvas if it arrives to us damaged.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE WRITE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. DON'T INCLUDE ANY NOTES OR PAPERWORK INSIDE THE BOX.

Once we receive the package we will email you. If the new canvas costs more than the one you returned we will email you an invoice for the price difference. Once you pay the invoice we'll start on your order. If you have already ordered your preferred canvas we can send you a full refund for the original order.
