Damaged Canvas

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we will replace it. Here's how to start the process:

  1. Take a photo of your damaged product and the package it arrived in. Please also take a closeup photo of the shipping label with your info on it.
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@legendarywallart.net. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
  3. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your replacement will be processed.
  4. Once your replacement is confirmed you will not need to return your damaged product.
