If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we will replace it. Here's how to start the process:
- Take a photo of your damaged product and the package it arrived in. Please also take a closeup photo of the shipping label with your info on it.
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to email@example.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME and brief description.
- You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming that your replacement will be processed.
- Once your replacement is confirmed you will not need to return your damaged product.
