Wrong Address Provided
If you entered the wrong delivery address for your order and you haven't received your tracking number yet please email email@example.com and we'll update the address.
If you have already received your tracking number it means that your order has shipped and it's out of our hands. Please call the shipping company to have them re-route the package to the correct address.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has shipped from our facility, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier for any updates or to reschedule any delivery attempts. Please understand that having us contact the shipper only creates an extra step in the process and will delay things further.
