General Shipping Info
Orders are usually shipped within 2-5 days of purchase via Fedex, DHL or UPS. Custom orders will on average take 5-7 days. After your order is placed, within hours we will print the canvas and start building it. Once your order has been printed it cannot be cancelled.
When your order ships, your tracking info is automatically sent to you via the email or phone number you provided during checkout. If you have questions about your tracking, simply reach out to us at support@legendarywallart.net. If your order hasn't shipped within the timeframe listed above, please reach out to us! We'll resolve it as soon as possible.
After you order ships it normally takes 5-10 business days to arrive for US customers. International customers, please allow 7-21 days for shipping.
International Duties and Taxes
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs office. We are unable to determine duties and taxes in advance and are unable to control these additional charges. We encourage you to contact your local postal service or customs bureau for more specific information.
Why Can't You Ship to My Country?
Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has shipped from our facility, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier for any updates or to reschedule any delivery attempts. Please understand that having us contact the shipper only creates an extra step in the process and will delay things further.
