Damaged product/manufacturing defect: If your canvas arrives damaged just send us a picture to email@example.com within 7 days of receiving it and we'll replace it or give you a full refund. Please include a picture of the package and a closeup of the shipping label as well.
Product not as described: If you receive the product and it does not match the description/image from our site we will exchange it for a different item or give you a full refund. Please be aware that there may be slight differences in the way the image is lined up on the final product.
Lost in transit: If your product is lost in transit and you GAVE US THE CORRECT ADDRESS then we will re-ship the product to you.
We are only able to refund to the payment method used when purchasing.
