If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you don't see it anywhere please call the shipping company for further information. It may be because the delivery driver scanned the package prematurely before arriving at your location or left the package in an unusual place. You may also want to check with neighbors or others living with you to see if they have received your package.
PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has shipped from our facility, you will be responsible for contacting the shipping carrier for any issues. Please understand that having us contact the shipper only creates an extra step in the process and will delay things further.
